„Buying one’s first apartment is never easy. As foreigners living in Germany for just a little over three
years, we were overwhelmed and convinced that the task at hand was going to be mountainous.
This was until we got in touch with Mr. Ahlers through an advertisement of what is bound to be our
dream home.
We found Mr. Ahlers to be very professional, knowledgeable and straight forward. Every little detail
was well explained and every question we had was convincingly answered.
He was also very proactive and handled all the communication well to make sure that we got the home
we wanted.
Most of all, we found ourselves at the notary’s office within a couple of weeks after deciding on the
purchase, feeling at ease at the same time.
Overall, we are very pleased with the services offered by Mr. Ahlers and would certainly like to use
